😔 it’s not easy to stop certain emotions dead in their tracks so I will say this: feelings are temporary, they last only as long as you dwell in them. I don’t want to make this too long of a post lol… More but walking usually helps. Enjoying a favorite food or snack. Being around certain people. Or doing some type of creative activity like drawing or writing etc,. 🤗 hope you feel better ☺️Less
